Need to chill wine fast before your guests arrive? Use a salad bowl as an ice bucket! Add ice, cold water and some salt to the mixture, then pop in your favourite bottle of Sumac Ridge. Salt brings down the freezing point of water allowing it to become colder without turning into ice, which in turn chills your wine more quickly. Cheers!
